NHPCO provided comments on the proposed Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination proposed rule (CMS-3415-IFC) (or “the COVID-19 Vaccination Rule”). Comments focused on the potential impact of proposals re: implementation dates, documentation, and exemptions on hospice and palliative care providers and the care they provide for patients and families.
